Brick by Brick: An Update on the 9th and Navajo Affordable Housing Project

We're thrilled to share a significant milestone in the development of our affordable housing project at 9th and Navajo! As of June 2025, construction is making excellent progress, and we're excited to announce that the second story concrete pour has been successfully completed.

This is a monumental step forward, marking 24% completion of the overall project. We remain firmly on track for our projected January 2027 completion date, bringing much-needed affordable homes to the heart of Denver.
