The Crane Has Landed: A Construction Update and Name Reveal

Construction is moving along smoothly and remains ahead of schedule. As of today, the building is 73% complete, and its silhouette has taken a striking shape against the Denver skyline. We are currently on track to reach the finish line by the end of 2026, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring much-needed affordable homes to the heart of the city.

In tandem with this progress, we are proud to announce the official name of the community: Cranes Landing. Inspired by the legends of the crane’s guiding cry through the gale, Cranes Landing celebrates the resilience required to find one's "true north." Our community serves as the destination of that journey—a grounded sanctuary where the storm ends and home begins.
